This Privacy Policy explains how Online Adjusters (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our web application OA Templates, which integrates with your Gmail account.
When you choose to use OA Templates, you grant us permission to access limited Gmail data to enable key features of the application. This includes:
- Creating four draft emails in your Gmail account:
- New Estimate Only Request
- New File Negotiation Request / FILE NAME
- COC Request / FILE NAME
- Changes/Adjustments Request to Existing File / FILE NAME
These templates are meant to help you follow a standardized structure when requesting insurance supplements. This functionality is the core purpose of the application.
We do not read, store, or access any of your emails outside of the drafts we create. We do not store your Gmail data on our servers.
We use the Gmail API only to generate the draft emails you authorize. We do not:
- Store your Gmail data
- Share your Gmail data with third parties
- Send emails on your behalf
- Access your inbox, contacts, or calendar
We use industry-standard security measures to protect the limited data we access. However, since we do not store personal Gmail data, your information remains secured within your Gmail account.
By authorizing OA Templates, you consent to this Privacy Policy and grant us access solely for the purpose of creating draft emails as described above.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. If we make changes, we will update the effective date and post the new policy here.
