We’ve designed a streamlined workflow that removes stress from your team and ensures every claim is handled professionally from start to finish.
We begin with a quick Zoom onboarding session where we explain our process, answer questions, and make sure everything is tailored to your preferred workflow. This ensures a smooth start and a partnership that feels like having an in-house supplementing department.
You have two simple options for submitting job files:
• Email them directly: upload the insurance scope, photos, measurements, and any notes.
• Let us pull them from your CRM — we can access your system to gather all necessary files, including scopes, photos, measurements, trade details, and supporting documentation. Just assign the job to us, and we collect the rest. Nothing gets missed, and your team saves valuable time.
Depending on the service you choose, we either:
• Estimate-Only Writing: We create a detailed, accurate, fully justified supplement estimate using Xactimate.
• Negotiations: We take over all communication with the insurance carrier — presenting the supplement, providing documentation, and negotiating for full approval of the necessary scope of work.
Once the supplement is approved or finalized, we provide you with updated insurance paperwork, so you can move forward with production.
After your team completes the project, we can also handle the final invoice submission to the insurance carrier. This includes:
• Preparing the final invoice reflecting the completed work
• Submitting it directly to the adjuster or carrier
• Providing any additional documentation they request
• Following up to ensure the payment is processed
This final step ensures the claim is fully closed out and helps speed up the release of final payment.
